Worldwide Shipping

Cloud 9 Editions ships worldwide from the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Size and weight of the artwork

  • Packaging and insurance requirements


Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days

  • Limited-edition artworks are carefully packed to museum standards

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • UK: 5-10 business days

  • Europe: 10-20 business days

  • Rest of World: 20-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes or VAT

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Shipping Insurance

All artworks are shipped fully insured.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately.


 

Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellations Policy


Order Cancellations

Production of your artwork will begin within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within this 24–48 hour period.

Once production has commenced, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the bespoke and limited-edition nature of our artworks.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a purchaser.


Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of limited-edition and collectible artworks, all sales are generally final.

Returns may be accepted only where deemed necessary and for reasons other than damage or fault. In such cases:

  • The return must be made at the purchaser’s own cost

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a purchaser.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be provided

  • The artwork must be unused and, where possible, retained in its original packaging

Where a replacement is available, it will be offered. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


Lost Shipments

If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will either:

  • Arrange a replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a full refund


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
